This is the third grant which ACRF has made over the years to St Vincent’s Institute of Medical Research institute. Their work includes rational drug design, drug target identification in haematological malignancy, and research into the most common type of bone tumour called osteosarcoma. This grant enabled the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment to significantly assist with testing and analysis of new treatments for cancer. Chief Investigator: Professor Michael Parker
