Recently, ACRF supporter Eleanor Hudson held an exhibition of her oil paintings at Bar Nancy in Northcote. Eleanor chose to support cancer research by donating the revenue from ticket sales at her one night only event in honour of her Grandmother.
A few years ago, Eleanor’s Grandmother passed away from cancer. Eleanor was greatly affected by this and felt this was the worst experience of her life. She chose to support cancer research because “nothing changes the past, but I would love to help ACRF change the future.”
The event was a fantastic success with many people attending, and even the unexpected bonus of selling some of her creative works! This positive night also raised $850 for cancer research.
Thank you so much Eleanor and all your supporters for generously supporting ACRF and making such a positive and artistic contribution!
