Research Interests: Dr McGee’s research focuses on the effect of sunburn during childhood on development and function of the immune response. This work in collaboration with Assoc/Prof Greg Woods, Dr Ros Malley and Dr Roger Chung is attempting to identify therapeutic strategies to prevent the damaging effects of sunburn in childhood which will protect against the development of skin cancer.
