World-class centres of cancer research excellence will accelerate the eradication of cancer

Almost everybody has experienced the tragic impact of cancer and the world is calling for the speediest possible eradication of cancer and its impacts on society.

We believe that ultimately, cancer will be eradicated as a result of research. And that this will require a collaborative and comprehensive effort.

Our vision is of a world where cancer research scientists are enabled and equipped to achieve things tomorrow that they could only dream of today, to eradicate cancer and its affects on people.

MISSION and VALUES

The Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF) is the leading private provider of cancer research grants in Australia. ACRF awards research funds for infrastructure, capital works and equipment to accelerate outstanding world-class Australian cancer research, the aims of which are to prevent, diagnose, treat and defeat cancer.
